Baked crispy chicken wings: made for Super Bowl and they were decent. The Chinese 5 Spice adds great flavor but the sauce was sweet and made the wings stick to the foil terribly. Pulled most of the skin (& flavor) off when I tried pulling off pan. I also would bake these on a baking rack next time as they were REALLY greasy. But they tasted good!

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 Tablespoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon bouillon powder (you may replace with salt)
