This was Excellent. Everyone, even miss picky eater pants, loved it. The only thing I did a couple of things diffently but not much, I used frozen green beans that I had thawed in the fridge, added a little bit of thinly sliced onions with the green beans, and cut the amount of chili sauce to one tablespoon rather than two. It still had a good even heat. I highly recommend this one.


  • 2 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 1 lb. pork roast
  • 2 Tbsp garlic chili paste
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
